After a short excursion to law school where he got heavily involved with table soccer he attended the FH Duesseldorf where he studied Graphic Design and Communication, later on Jan also visited the Duesseldorf Academy of Arts. In 2000 he decided to found the Design Studio Zwobakk Industries with a couple of longterm friends & colleagues. Besides working as an art director and illustrator, Jan is also a painter and manic producer of late night scribbles.
